If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We determine, at our sole discretion, that the item has been used or is not in the same condition as when it was received.
The item is not returned in its original packaging.
You fail to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
The product consists of coffee beans or similar products prepared according to customer instructions, for which returns or refunds are not accepted.
If a refund is requested before the order is shipped or collected, we will process the refund, and you will receive the credit within 10 business days.
If a refund is requested after the order has been shipped, the refund process will begin only after we receive the item back in unopened condition. Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
We will cover the shipping costs for returning your item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refunded amount.
