Shipping Policy

Within the UAE

We deliver our products throughout the United Arab Emirates, excluding the western regions. Shipping is handled by a third-party courier service.

Free delivery applies to orders of AED 150 or above.

Delivery within the UAE typically takes 24 to 72 hours. Orders within Dubai and Abu Dhabi city areas are usually delivered within 48 hours, while deliveries to other locations may take up to 72 hours. Applicable UAE delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with valid contact details.

You are required to provide a full and correct delivery address, including the recipient’s name and delivery location. We will not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer. Parcels may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping and Processing Outside of the UAE

For international shipping and delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Normal international shipping times range between 4–6 business days from the fulfillment date.

Public holidays may cause shipping delays due to postal service closures, potentially adding 2–3 extra days to delivery times.

Orders shipped outside the UAE are delivered via FedEx.

International shipping fees are automatically calculated by FedEx based on the shipment’s weight and destination. All international shipping charges are payable by the customer.

Orders with a total value of AED 1,000 or above require additional documentation in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations and customs export requirements. To process the required tax exemption documentation for orders shipped outside the UAE, an additional fee of AED 130 will be charged.

No taxes are applied to purchases delivered outside the United Arab Emirates.

At present, coffee beans are the only products available for international delivery.

For food items imported into GCC countries, the maximum allowed weight for personal consumption is generally 4 kg. Therefore, a maximum shipment weight of 4 kg applies to all international orders.
